About the Program

The Master Programme in Comparative Literature, hosted by the Centre for Comparative Literature, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, is designed for the students who are committed to the study languages and literatures in a multidisciplinary context. Focusing on Indian literatures, our program encourages the study of literature in its historical, cultural and linguistic contexts and promotes creative approaches to the analysis of literary and visual texts in several languages.
