The Department of Psychology, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, conducted a Personality Assessment Programme for MBA and MCA students of LEAD College (Autonomous), Dhoni, Palakkad, on 17 and 18 January 2026 as part of its consultancy activities. The programme was designed to assess key personality dimensions relevant to academic performance, career readiness, and professional development. The consultancy was provided through ZENiT – Zone for Emotional Nurturing & Inner Thoughts, focusing on structured psychological assessment and evidence-based interpretation. The initiative reflects the department’s commitment to applying psychological expertise in educational and professional contexts and strengthening academic–industry collaboration.
