The Department of Psychology, conducted a psychometric assessment program for first-year MBA students at LEAD College of Management, Palakkad, on 21st and 22nd September 2024. The program, led by a team comprising faculty members, a Ph.D. scholar, and M.Sc. students, aimed to provide a comprehensive personality assessment for around 300 students. Facilitated by excellent support from LEAD College, the program included briefing sessions, questionnaire-based assessments, scoring, and interpretation, all conducted under careful supervision to ensure accuracy. A debriefing session provided insights into the students' personality traits and addressed queries. The visit concluded with a visit to LEAD College's farm, offering practical exposure and opportunities to explore innovative activities that foster leadership and team-building skills. This program benefited both institutions, enabling practical learning for psychology students and valuable personality insights for MBA students.
