Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, in association with the Department of Psychology, Department of Social Work and National Service Scheme (NSS), is hosting “Beyond the Horizon: A Ride for Resilience – A National Mental Health Campaign”. The programme features Seher Hashmi, Motivational Speaker, Fashion Stylist and Mental Health Survivor, who is travelling across Kerala on her Royal Enfield as part of the campaign. The event focuses on mental health awareness, resilience, open conversations with youth and communities, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
